OAS Helicopters on full preparation to launch into Nigeria oil and gas aviation support services, went into partnership with Abu Dhabi Aviation (ADA), United Arab Emirate, in 2013 to ramp up the overall capacity required to guarantee our clients, the desired uninterrupted and reliable support in their deep offshore flight operations. And since commencement, ADA and OAS have jointly been successfully evaluated, periodically, on varying degrees of Technical Audits by almost all the international and local oil and gas companies in Nigeria including Exxon, Total, Shell, Chevron, Addax as well as AMNI, First E&P and a host of others in conjunction with their partners, NNPC/NAPIMS.
OAS Technical Partner, Abu Dhabi Aviation (ADA), is the largest commercial helicopter operator in the Middle East, operating 61 helicopters (15 AgustaWestland AW-139s, 23 Bell 412s, 19 Bell 212s and 4 Bell 206s), 5 fixed-wing aircraft (DHC-8) in oil and gas standards and configurations. The company employs over 900 personnel, including over 150 pilots and over 150 aircraft maintenance engineers. The greater part of the company’s business activity is in support of the Abu Dhabi offshore oil, engineering, and construction industries.
Other business activities also include medical evacuation, survey, photography, and charter.
